the requirements of owning a Mad Over Grills franchise

       AREA

  • To set up an outlet of Mad Over Grills entailing the Kitchen, store, and restaurant area, you would need a minimum of 4000 To 5000 Sq Ft. area.
  • The preferred location would be on the ground floor which makes it convenient for movement; however, a higher floor or a top floor with an exotic terrace view is also acceptable in certain locations.
  • Very visible frontage is required to make the brand board stand out and appealing to the passers-by.
  • Prime locations in the City Centres and Prominent Malls are also feasible.
  • Our location experts will gauge the workability and will assist in getting the best locations after a depth market survey.

       

       INVESTMENT

  • Owning a franchise of the brand requires a minimum investment of 1Crore to 1.25 Crore. This includes all the costs incurred with regards to interiors, equipment, cutlery and crockery, initial rent deposits, staff handling, and setting up of the outlet.

  • Not to mention that once the outlet starts operating and is in full swing the investment is quickly reaped back by the franchisee.

  • Our franchisee partners can expect to recover the entire investment in a period of 24-30 months of operations.

Agreement and legal aspects

  • The franchisee needs to enter into a standard legal agreement with the franchisor for obtaining the franchise. The initial Agreement would be for a period of 5 years and is renewable mutually between the parties.
  • Franchisee is also required to pay a franchise fee of Rs.15 Lakhs plus GST. on commencing the franchisee and a monthly royalty of 5 % Plus GST.
